The event will consist of a 10 minute indoor swim, 10 minute T1, 10 minute spin-bike, 10 minute T2, and finally a 10 minute treadmill run. Click here to view the complete format, rules, and ruglations for the event.

Participants can print out a copy of the application and submit their registration by mail. All participants must be pre-registered. Registrations will not be accepted on the day of the event. The registration fee is $15.

In addition to participants, we are also in need of volunteers to help out at the event. In most cases volunteers will also be able to participate in the event. If you are interested in volunteering please contact Warren Hale.
